The French Foreign Ministry has issued an official statement on the departure of the Ambassador Nicolas de Bouillane de Lacoste from Minsk. “President Lukashenko” does not exist for Paris. The statement refers to "Mr. Lukashenko", whom France and the EU do not consider the legitimate head of Belarus and whom for this reason the French Ambassodor had not presented his letters of accreditation.
