Kalupakho Anna Milomirovna has been working at BMZ for 10 years. During the period of work, she did not have a single negative remark or reprimand. In her employment record book there were four appreciation letters. Then she became a member of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union. After she had submitted the documents for registration with the independent trade union at the plant, the authorities decided to fire her on far-fetched pretexts.
