Helm AG, the buyer of 10% of the annual production volume of Grodno Azot, is currently refraining from cooperation.
Earlier, the telegram channel "Stachkom Azota" has informed that a letter had been sent to Helm AG, a partner of OJSC "Grodno Azot", with a detailed explanation of the situation at "Grodno Azot", as well as about the facts of violations of workers' rights in Belarus. The partner of the Grodno enterprise was also reminded of the resumption of US sanctions at the end of April 2021.
The assessment of the possibility of cooperation with "Grodno Azot will be made in the future after the labor protection conditions at the enterprise will be checked.
We would like to remind that the strike committee of Belaruskali has urged its main partner, the Norwegian company Yara, to terminate the contract with the enterprise. We have already written about Potemkin villages, the so-called audit of the Norwegian company at Belaruskali.
