Medical officer of the University being dismissed because of his absence during detention

The Vitebsk resident decided to decorate the windows of his bedroom with white-red-white blinds. The police considered this to be an un-authorised national flag, and accused him of organizing unsanctioned picket along. The medical worker was fined and placed under arrest at IVS (temporary holding facilities) for more than two days. Although he has informed his employer that he was detained, now he is being dismissed because of his absence during the time of detention.
